Share the child's current comfort level, last temperature reading, recent fluids or food, and anything you are monitoring closely.
Add the timeline
- Last medicine time and who gave it.
- Recent fever readings.
- Symptoms or behavior changes you observed.
- Bathroom or wet diaper notes if relevant.
End with next actions
Write down when to check again, who to call with concerns, and which questions are already planned for the pediatrician.
